So here you are, at last beginning to start a transformation in your habits and build a shredded physique. Even if it is caused by your desire to obtain the ideal summer frame, get chicks, or just like the look of abs, your presence on this website indicates you are prepared to work in a way many others can not. Perhaps exercises are what you seek, you'll see soon have them, but keep in mind ONE thing: Abs are made in the kitchen. The FASTEST and BEST way to have a respectable set of abs is to partake in a fat loss diet while you're cutting. Building as much mass as you want won't help if you have a layer of fat covering it up.

It may baffle you why there isn't several different workouts on this website, but the plain truth is too many exercises hurt your progress and limit your energy. TWO GOOD exercises, doing a 3-4 sets of 8-12 repetitions and slowly increasing weights (that you're holding as you do the abs exercises) as you do exercises will strengthen your abdominals. Too many exercises, and you simply end up tiring yourself out to accomplish the same goal. You're looking for the pain, tiredness is not. If you're deadset on trying a pre-created program, i recommend the P90X workout for a good transformation and results that overall benefit a lot of people.
